Mother reports that children were kidnapped

DeKalb County Police are looking for two children whom the mother reported kidnapped from Wesley Chapel Road Feb. 22 at approximately 2 a.m.
According to a police report, 3-year-old Jalen Mattison and a 1-year-old Amari Mattison were taken by a Black male at 2645 Wesley Chapel Road.
The mother told police that her vehicle broke down on I-20 near Wesley Chapel Road and she was assisted by an unknown Black male.
The mother reported that as she made arrangements to have her vehicle towed from the roadway, the suspect drove away with her children.
The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a thin build, according to police. The man was wearing a light brown or tan baseball hat and driving a 2000-05 hunter green Jeep Cherokee.
