Thieves rob expensive Dunwoody salon over several months

Dunwoody Police are looking for a team of people who have been robbing a high-end salon for several months.

The Ulta Beauty salon, located at 4737 Ashford Dunwoody Road, has lost approximately $9,000 in expensive colognes to thieves, according to Dunwoody Police spokesman, Sgt. Mike Carlson.

Store surveillance cameras have recorded at least six people going into the store and loading up their bags with the colognes, Carlson said.

The crimes have occurred since September with the latest incident happening earlier this month. The Atlanta Police Department is working on a similar case which may be connected to Dunwoody’s, Carlson said.

Police have identified one suspect, Connisha Wallace, 17, who was arrested on another shoplifting charge. After using a booking photo to match her with an image on the surveillance video, police obtained a warrant for her arrest.
